Okay, so it's probably time to join this decade and upgrade from my Digi 002. Problem is, I have no idea where to start. I don't do a ton of full studio work, though it is nice to have at least 8 channels. My typical vocal chain for myself is Great River MP500-NV --> Empirical Labs Distressor --> Digi 002 --> PT10. I currently don't have any problems with my 002 (after I replaced the power harness), but after hearing some A/B'd against some other units, I think I may have found the "problem" of my chain.
