I sent RME an email about registering product and haven't got a reply...

So, I bought a RME Babyface in January, and I hate the idea of mailing a little card with my info and signature to Germany. I emailed RME support to find out if I can register online somehow or through email (something more secure and private), but they haven't even bothered to return my email. My worries may be unfounded, but I'm a little bit erk'd by this lack of a reply, and I'm hoping someone from RME or the community will see this and give me some insight or a response... abduction
