Bellator MMA may not have signed Gilbert Melendez, but the promotion continues to expand its global reach.

On Monday, Bellator officials announced a broadcast alliance with OSN, the leading pay-TV network in the Middle East and North Africa region. OSN will begin airing Bellator events immediately, beginning with Bellator 110 on Friday night.

“OSN is an absolute force in the Middle East and Northern Africa, and as Bellator continues to expand into key regions worldwide, OSN was the penultimate partner for our brand in 2014 and beyond,” Bellator CEO Bjorn Rebney said in a release. “From Algeria to Yemen, Bellator is now on the premier network for MMA across the entire MENA [Middle East and North Africa] region, and we couldn’t be happier.”

OSN is based in Dubai Media City and airs in both Arabic and English throughout the region. The OSN platform features 140 channels, including five 24-hour sports networks which broadcast the NFL, NHL, PGA, the ICC Cricket World Cup and the Rugby World Championship, among others.

Bellator’s 10th season kicks off on Friday at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn. , with Bellator 110. The card features a pair of high-profile light heavyweight tournament bouts, as Quinton Jackson squares off with Christian M’Pumbu and Muhammed Lawal meets Mikhail Zayats.
