Tightest RNC in mma

I was wondering how fighters never seem to get seriously injured from a RNC. Having a trained fighter arm apply full pressure to your neck and throat seems like very risky business (never trained BJJ).



Are there any common injuries coming from RNCs?



What are some of the tightest RNCs seen in mma history?
