12 string guitar, mic comparison

here is a test I recorded for you all.

I used a Danelectro DC59' 12 string guitar, through a Vox VR30 amp, Orange PPC112 cab with celestion G12H speaker.

I used my Rupert Neve Designs 511 mic preamp for the test which then goes straight into my Audient iD22's 'return 1' input which bypasses the preamp stage so it goes straight to the AD converter.

Tracked using Cubase 7.5.

I then used Wavelab 8 to make sure they are all at equal average loudness so that loudness will not influence the test.

Absolutely no EQ or compression was used at all on any of the tracks.

There are 4 different mics used, and I'd like you to tell me what you think of the results, which do you prefer? or not like e.t.c. vote A, B, C or D.

Happy new Year!

regards,

Ben.
