Newb Question.
I have a track I'm working on and I'm bus-ing the vocals to an Aux with some compression followed by reverb.
I also have some instrumental tracks bus-ing to that same Aux for the same compression / reverb.
Is this a bad idea? I think I'm hearing some sort of weird tones.
The weird sounds are also coming through when the vocals are not on...
Additionally- some of the vocals (which I may have to re-record now) have real noticeable headphone volume levels. Is this fixable with a gate, or do I just need to re-do them?
The tracks are being bused to an Aux with UAD 1176 and UAD EMT 140 on it.
