Looking for a dbx160 style plugin to use for the pultec trick (mult of kick and snare) as well as on parallel compression for bass.
I've heard amazing things about sknote c165a and how it doesn't kill the low end like a normal 160x, though if you have experience with sknote vs softubes valley people dynamite or native instruments 160, Id like to know what's best for the job. Also have an elysia mpressor which has a really fast attack tht might be able to do the job...
