Hi all,
In and out ten weeks my new crew is playing live for the first time. Among our rather convoluted setup will be three backing tracks. This is kind of new to me. Currently we rehearse using backing tracks I've put together from the recording sessions in Logic. The audio is stored on a Firewire G Tech Drive, and the signal then comes out of my mbox pro and out my stereo monitors.
From what I can tell we will want to split the canned track into three separate tracks. What is the best way to do this? There are only two outputs on my mbox pro. Assuming I need to buy something else,or can I DI the extra track I need (remember I need three)
And what about my G-Tech drive? Will this suffice or do I need something else? And I'm assuming I need to transfer my tracks into Mainstage (which I have but have never used).
Cheers,
