Is there anything better than a CORNFORD!

Seriously, I want to put out a challenge. I own a CORNFORD RK100. Single channel no bells or whistles just a pure amp. Massive, I mean MASSIVE transformer!!!! This is the heaviest amp I have ever owned. Massive sound! NOT looking to replace only enhance. I have been looking for an amp to complement it on recording.

Bogner Exstacy - thin sounding

Bogner Ubersall - thick and great for heavy metal

Soldano SLO 100 - nice amp very clear one sided

Splawn Quick Rod - warm sounding with no headroom

VHT - many models - too much sizzle in gain, love the old 6550 power amp

Fargen - this weekend great amp nothing new

Friedman - Nice amp very not versatile

Marshall - various plexi versions - basic

Custom Audio Electronics - only liked the preamp

RIP - Very sad that the company went under! Another great company that didn't get traction. Many other shit companies making money on shit amps. I paid good money for this amp more than I could afford at the time. Would pay it gain. This is an amp that my kids will inherit. I got divorced and my ex wanted to throw it in the street because she knew how much I loved it. It was better than my marriage. I know you guys will think I'm crazy. However, new wife understands my passion.
