Was just wondering smart people what the approx tension was on each clip of a plate reverb. I'm not asking for the torque (pounds per inch) but the actual tension on each clip represented as a weight.
Another way of asking this is at what weight does an EMT clip break. (They say that breaking point is a good tension to tune to. I have absolutely no idea if it is 10kg or 200 kg.
Reason why I ask is that I'm designing plate verb with weight scale on each clip.
