PQ Code for a Digital Album (Mp3)

Does anyone know how to create PQ codes for a Digital album. I know how to create them when I burn a CD directly from wavelab. But when I export the files from 32bit to MP3 it doesn't keep the same timing space between tracks. As soon as the song ends another will start immediately, unlike when I burn the CD directly from wavelab. Hope this makes sense.
