T-Power 'barrel' adaptors

Anyone have a feeling one way or the other about these? Just got a T-power mic and it came with a barrel adaptor (this one)



It makes me slightly nervous that it isn't as 'safe' as an original power supply, or maybe even something like this



So, find an original power supply? box converter? Or stick with the barrel converter it's fine?
