Analog gear to spice up synth/drum plugins

As the topic says , I am looking for an analog filter / compressor / etc...



That will spice up my drum machines / synths plug ins.



What do you like to use on instruments (from the analog domain)



My budget is about $ 1000 .



Preferably something from one of the big name companies so ill have a chance of finding it in a local store in my country and I can pay by credit.
