Building a Studio in a huge warehouse

Hey Fellow people,

Sometime in the next 20 years I'd like to build an epic recording studio, but I may be located on a bunch of rural land. I noticed that for about 50 grand I can buy a 100x100 warehouse on a concrete foundation, .

To build a studio I was under the assumption that for each room you essentially build a room within a room anyways. I also read ( while looking into soffit installation of speakers), that concrete is dense enough that sound bleeding through more than a couple of inches of it isn't a problem. It seems I may be even able to ignore alot of the sound isolation efforts involving the floor ( like u boat floaters). Also there would be a high roof, and assuming I don't care about looks, there would be storage space, and space for a live room and vocal booth, and lots of air from room to room to prevent sound bleed.

Is there a reason that due to my inexperience that people don't typically do this sort of set up of what Ill refer to as an industrial recording studio??????
