Conflicts between gfx card and audio interface?

I'll try to keep this quick - I've had my desktop for a year but only recently installed a graphics card in it. I've been away at school with my desktop so it hasn't been at my home studio until recently. I noticed that I was having a lot of problems using Reaper. The only thing that has changed with my desktop has been the graphics card.

Audio cuts in and out, lots of crackling, and my Tascam 1641 regularly just stops responding and I'll have to power cycle/unplug it to get anything out it. Keep in mind before I left for school for the summer this computer was working fine when it came to recording. Even at school using my Lexicon Alpha after I got the graphics card with Reaper I have no problems. Switching to my laptop which uses the same Tascam driver as my desktop reveals no problems; it runs the exact same project files with zero problems.

While researching this problem I came under impression it might be an IRQ conflict but I can't find any way to confirm it - it looks like everything is in order.

For the record, the desktop is an Intel i5 4570 with an Asus Z87 mobo and an Nvidia GTX 760. Anybody have any ideas on this? I'm pretty stumped on what it could be.
