So often when I mix in Reaper, I dont hook up my interface, cause I dont need it.
But, if Chrome is open, then there is no playback in Reaper, it doesn't recognize the soundcard. This can be a pain in the dick as I often will jump back and forth between Chrome and Reaper if I'm doing things like A/Bing compressors and the like.
I have to close out of EVERY internet window, and keep going into the preferences to get Reaper to recognize and play audio again. As I've said, this is frustrating.
Is there a way to make Chrome stop doing this?

How to stop Chrome from taking my soundcard hostage?
