And call me crazy, but I'm hearing the same as a lot of the Antelope guys are hearing: bigger soundstage and a more "liquid" sound (less harschness/brittle) not in a clouding way but in a revealing soothing way. It's most noticeable on the SSL Alphalink, but also the SPL Madison and even the DA-3000 benefit.
We're ofcourse not talking worlds of difference, but in terms of transparancy and "zen" in the soundstage it's a worthwhile upgrade.
One would think a clock is a clock and as long as there are no termination issues or conflicts things either work or they don't, but I need to revise that stamenent for now.
I'm going to test extensively in the next couple of days, to find out if I'm a victim of confirmation bias and initial euforics, but for now things are looking/sounding good heh
