Need New Interface for HD600s

Hi Everyone! I'm a producer -- mostly electronic. Just received a pair of Sennheiser HD600s. Awesome gift, but also has thrown my life into disarray!

I currently own a first generation Apogee One. I've been wanting to upgrade, so now is obviously a good time to do so, as neither my MBP nor the One drives the Sennys. I've also been running my Yamaha HS8s through the One headphone out, so looking for something with balanced outs (or at least line outs). First thing that came to mind was the Duet 2. I can run the HS8s from the balanced line outs, and I'm aware that the headphone amp on the Duet is superior than most other interfaces. Here's the thing: I want to make sure the Sennys are being driven properly.

Does anybody have advice on what gear to purchase? I want great converters, line outs (balanced preferably) for my HS8s and a proper headphone amp for the HD600s. It would be nice to have everything in one package, but if this is not possible, please let me know and make a recommendation on interface and amp.

Budget: Under $800

Also, adding to thought, I considered purchasing a Schiit stack, such as Modi and Magni, since I rarely use the inputs on the Apogee. Is this a possibility, or does the Schiit DAC impart more of an audiophile sound signature, and not ideal for producing? Thanks!
