i'm currently working on a house record mainly composed by a drum pattern and a pad!
For the drum pattern i'm using samples from 909.
What i would like to achieve is that kind of raw sound that a lot of old classic house records have which i kind hear missing in my project.
What's your advice to try to come closer to that sound?
Do you think it is possible to do it in the box with just plug-ins?
If yes, what would you advice?
