Two e300s' vs two 179's with Blumlein Technique

I'm debating getting two Cad e300s' vs. getting two CAD 179's. I'd like to record stereo guitar and vocals using the Blumlein technique and need two mics with a figure 8 pattern. I can't seem to find anything much about the CAD e300s (the current model), but it seems like they are better mics if they are anything like the older e300v2.



I haven't had experience with any CAD mics. Has anyone heard the e300s?
