Purchased and effects box from Europe, Dynacord 222. The schematic (zoom to lower left) shows what appears to be a 220v / 110v jumper. Took the cover off and the power cord routed from the back to something with a "foggy" plastic tube a little less than 1" diameter with a tie holding it down. Have not yet cut to look for the jumper alleged in the schematic (btw - I cant't read a schematic).
Read that the 222 would need to be refused to 5 amps (instead European 8 amp).
The power cord is a 3 prong and working assumption is that the middle prong is ground.
Looked for transformers. A few have the 3 prong (or grounded) "plugs".
Please advise on the jumper and fusing, and, or, a "quiet" best value transformer (with a ground) to connect 220v CLS-222 to US 110v.
Regards,
T
