How to people get their songs sounding like this?

I really love this song and it has this super clunky worn out sound. Like the synths sound retro and the drums sound crackly and raw. I've hear other artists who have all their tunes sounding like this and I love it. Does anyone know what might be responsible for this? Vinyl crackle samples seem too easy, maybe its the actual drum samples?
