Printing with hardware inserts Pro Tools 11

Hi all, I've gone through the PT 11 manual and I'm struggling how to print my results once I've got my mix going on.



PT 11 is compensating for my various hardware inserts perfectly but I'd like to use a single lunchbox EQ over and over by printing tracks through it then moving to the next.



Is there any way to do this without nudging tracks? How do you all do it?
