Does anyone find it odd that a ranked fighter(McGregor) has never faced a ranked fighter much less beaten one? No, oh it's just me? Well alright then, I guess I'll go to the front of the class and the rest of yous can sleep in the back. As of right now McGregor is only hype. That's a fact and not a dis, it's a fact. He is ranked off of talk and not performance. You don't beat Brimage and Holloway and get ranked off the performance. He fought nobody of note over seas and got tapped in a few seconds to a pro boxer. Once again all of this is fact not dis. Listen the UFC wants to set McGregor up for great things, they think that Brandao is a great match to show his skills. Apparently little does the UFC know that McGregor is not Poirier and Brandao is not Brimage.
Gunnar Nelson vs Zak Cummings
Gunnar Nelson is anything but hype. The man is a BJJ wizard, he has a black belt from Renzo Gracie;FACT. He also has a black belt in Gōjū-ryū; FACT. Dude is undefeated and just smashes people. Now yes of course Nelson will be the fav and rightfully so however one should not overlook Cummings. Cummings just beat an undefeated BJJ guy Yan Cabral(which I called). I would cry many tears if Nelson loses but we can't overlook the thought.
