T.J. Dillishaw vs Renan Barao 2 should not be happening?

I am of the opinion this fight should definitely NOT be happening right now. Barao gets and instant re-match after getting his ass handed to him for 5 rounds??. What is up with UFC and these re-matches, especially the ones that are not that close.?

Renan Barao had a great win streak, but does that in itself warrant an immediate re-match?
