API 500 Series 6B Problems

Hey Guys,

Haven't posted too much here because others have already asked most of the questions I've ever needed answers too. But this time i got something i haven't seen anyone else talking about (unless i just haven't found it).

Anyways I have a newer API 500 Series rack (the 6 space one) and recently i noticed that while i have a microphone hooked up or just streaming audio through some preamps i have in it, that it also generate signals on channels that aren't being used. Granted it isn't that much, like maybe -30 or -40 or something but still none the less the channels don't seem to be isolated like they should. Its like some of the audio from the preamps are leaking over to the rest of the channels. I always use the Dsub output into my 192, so i can't say whether it does it with the xlr outs but this still doesn't seem right.

Did something in it stop working or is that the nature of these things? Was wondering if anyone else had experienced this problem before.

Just to clarify it only does this when audio is going through the preamps. When no sound is going through the rack is completely silent. And i know for a fact that all my preamps work perfectly so I've narrowed it down to only the rack. Everything else including all the cables are working fine.
