The Future of User Interfaces

Hi, all. I'm really curious about the future of audio engineering user interfaces. As production becomes increasingly digital, do you guys think tracking, mixing, etc. will eventually be entirely done with a mouse and keyboard, or do you foresee plenty of boards, knobs, and faders continuing to exist, regardless of how much of the process is digital vs analog?
