Sup fellas! For the past year or so I'v been trying to pack on muscle. I thought id finally share some results with you guys and start this thread to add to the sub forum. Right now I'm hoping to hit about 160 and then cut until I'm at 8% bf or so.
Basic routine
Mondays: chest, shoulders, triceps
Tuesday: back, biceps
Wednesday: legs
Thursday: chest, shoulders, triceps
Friday: back biceps
It took me a good year to realize why i wasn't gaining, and another year to develop a routine that works and put in consistent effort hopefully now that I'm more acquainted with what I need to do to gain the progress will come easier.
Skeletor mode 123 lbs of flimsy DYIL
This is me now I fluctuate between 145 and 150.
I'm still small but on my way to my goal. When I'm happy with the muscle iv packed on I plan to start BJJ.
