Connecting Fostex volume controller to interface?

Could anyone tell me the best way to connect one of these (Fostex PC-1e) to my audio interface?



Seems to be RCA to the monitors but where would the jack go to on a Roland Quad Capture audio interface?



This must be a viable option as they are regularly bundled with interfaces.
