Beesneez or Flea vs. Vintage Neumann?

I have read many threads on how modern mics compare to one another, such as Beesneez vs. Flea. I've also read many opinions on how close these mics get to sounding like original, vintage Neumanns. Apparently, very close, but they miss the mark a little. Just because they are different, does this mean that they're not as good? I imagine that Beesneez and Flea build just as much quality into their mics as Neuman did in the 1950s or early 1960s.

My question is, are modern remakes simply not as good, or, are they every bit as good, but with their own unique flavor? Do they have all the magic? I'd love to hear some opinions!

I've compared many recordings of the Flea 47, the Flea 49, the Beesneez Tribute 1, and original Neumann M49 and U47; all downloaded from internet forums. I've concluded that Ben and Ivan are doing wonderful jobs making killer sounding recording tools. All the vintage mojo seems to be there, but in various shades. I can't really make a decision because of my lack of experience with all these mics. What do you think?

Thanks.
