Measuring sound absorption coefficient

Hi. I just want to check my room's NRC or something like that(can see the percentage of sound absorption)



But I don't what to do.



Is there any application to measure it?(i'm using Iphone)

Or

Do i need some gears?

And If i should have those, what gears do i need? how can i use?
