Waves L2 Hardware

I want to fix my ancient Waves L2 Hardware but there is a couple of switches missing from the front panel. Neither Waves nor the repair shops I have has any.



So does anyone out there have a dead unit they want to get rid of for the cost of shipping and a few bucks? Even better, any spare switches lying around?
