Battery 4 Kicks make cymbals and reverb 'sidechain'

New user to Battery 4 and running into a problem. When I have a kick playing and I do a long sound like a cymbal crash, or swell, or even reverb on the snare... whenever the kick triggers, it makes the verb/cymbal/swell "duck" like it's being side-chained. I do not have any side-chain set up at all, nor am I trying to achieve this effect... I do not want this to happen at all as I'm just trying to play a simple kick/snare groove with the occasional crash cymbal hit. Or even have some verb on the snare.



I've tried routing the kick to bus 1 and the snare to bus 2, but with the reverb on the master that doesn't matter. But even routing the cymbals to bus 3 they still "duck" when the kick sounds.



Is there something I'm doing wrong here??
