Error 5570 Upgrading Firmware from 2009/4.1 to 2010/5.1

Getting 5570 error message when trying to upgrade my Early Mac 2009/4.1 to 2010/5.1 Firmware... so I can swap out for a faster chipset. Have looked everywhere for a solution to this and have tried several that we've found... but nothing works.



Anybody have any idea how to fix this?
