How can I set up a talkbox? is it possible without a computer?

I really wanna add talkbox to my live shows, but I've got no idea how they work! I know I need to get one of the magic tubes you sing into but I dunno where to buy them.

will they work with any keyboard? I was hoping to use one without a computer, but maybe that's impossible?!
