I have a Sterling Modular Plan D desk...
My Klein & Hummel O300 monitors rest on seperate stands behind the desk.
My room acoustics ain't that good (low ceiling) so I guess it'd be better to put the monitors right above the Plan D desk... (smaller ear-to-speaker distance)
Sterling Modular offers these 11,5'' x 19'' speaker platforms. They can be attached to the desk.
As they are rather expensive... Do you recommend them? Anyone using them?
Will I still need something like the Primacoustic RX9 recoil stabilizer to decouple the speakers from the platform?
Or is the Sterling Platform good as it is?
Does it make sense to recreate those platforms and build them myself? (saving the money)
