Stuck on finding the original sample

Can anyone suggest a way of finding a sample that ive heard in many tracks, ive got the acapella and have been searching for hours trying to find where it originally came from.



My guess is its from a old movie but cant be certain, the lyrics go like this...

The tracks ive heard it in look like they have been officially released so they must have cleared it with someone??

Anyone have any ideas on where to look or how I would go about sending the track to a label with the sample in it
