New guy here from Hugeracksinc. (I'm more of a guitarist than synth player)
I'm thinking of getting a 1 rack unit synth module and a small floor keyboard (like the keith mcmillen 12 step) to accompany guitar soloing. I'm looking for great classic synth pads, and choirs/formant, that can play notes, perfect intervals or chords with one key press while I play guitar on top of it.
I'm thinking of either the Roland XV-5050 or Roland Fantom XR. (the Fantom XR seems to be able to program a "chord" to a specific key on the board, according to the manual)
Note: I'm not interested in using anything on a Mac or PC computer.
