In addition to five pay-per-view main-card bouts and four Spike TV preliminary-card fights, next month’s Bellator 120 event will have five online prelims on Spike.com.
Bellator MMA officials recently unveiled the final additions to its PPV debut.
Bellator 120 takes place May 17 at Landers Center in Southaven, Miss., just outside of Memphis. Lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez meets Michael Chandler in a headlining trilogy bout.
Kicking off the night is the Spike.com preliminary card, which includes some notable names.
In the featured bout, submission specialist Austin Lyons (10-3 MMA, 1-0 BMMA) fights near his Tennessee home when he takes on fellow featherweight Zach Underwood (12-5 MMA, 1-0 BMMA), a onetime Strikeforce fighter who’s on a 4-1 run.
Rounding out the card are heavyweights Justin Frazier (6-1 MMA, 1-0 BMMA) vs. Mike Wessel (13-7 MMA, 2-1 BMMA), welterweights Ben Brewer (3-0 MMA, 0-0 BMMA) vs. Andy Uhrich (8-4 MMA, 1-1 BMMA), welterweights Anthony Lemon (2-3 MMA, 0-0 BMMA) vs. Codie Shuffield (4-0 MMA, 0-0 BMMA), and bantamweights Brian Hall (5-2 MMA, 1-0 BMMA) vs. Cortez Phelia (0-0 MMA, 0-0 BMMA).
