so unfortunately in my last bjj competition a few weeks ago i was too slow to tap to an armbar and have ripped a tendon and cracked a bone in my elbow. my arms in a cast at the moment and for a few weeks still.
im gonna go jogging more than i usually do, but does anyone have any tips or tricks to help me keep my fitness and from going insane?
