Using and managing external FX in Cubase?

I just started using external effect,a compressor.

I am using Cubase as DAW.I just created audio track at Cubase and inserted the FX Compressor as insert.I open the other audio track,the second one but i cant add the same FX at the other audio track,namely i cant use the same FX in many channels?

Any suggestion for managin External effect in cubase?
