Hi,
I was just reading an old post about someone wanting to decouple some nearfield monitors.
User Dan Dan offered some insight into using Neoprane under the speaker & how getting the right amount (full slab or pads) may effect the performance vs Pins/Spikes at the floor.
Also a post about methods of decoupling ranging from school rubbers/erasers to Gym Weights, Dense Foam & Neoprane.

I am curious to know about using a 'Cradle' like speaker stand. Steel Scaffolding style structure and the monitor will hang similar to a microphone
Is there any research if that will be desirable or undesirable for a studio monitor?
I see no products online by trusted speaker stand companies which leans towards nope!...
I would love to know.
