About to buy Logic Pro X - set up advice needed!

I've just bought a used Mac Pro 5,1, 2.4Ghz, 8 cores with 18gb ram. Yosemite has been loaded onto a 1tb sata drive. There are also empty 2tb and 3tb drives installed. The 4th drive, (though not installed) is a 512gb SSD with a caddy and Yosemite also loaded onto it, in case I want to boot from the SSD instead of the 1tb drive.

So can you guys please advise:

1 Whether I should take out the 1gb drive and boot Yosemite from the SSD?

2 Whether Logic Pro X should be installed onto the SSD or a sata drive?

3. Which drive should I store any other sound libraries/samples/plugins on?

4. Would I record audio to one of sata drives or keep everything on the SSD?

I've read that some people "move" their sounds onto the SSD for the project and then move them back - sounds a bit awkward!

How do you suggest I set up my Mac please? Thanks in advance.
