I am offered a really-really low priced ''legacy'' Digidesign Control 24. I mean really low price in comparison with its current second hand market price witch is about 2500e (my offered price is much lower than 1000euros actually) . I am currently using the Command 8 and I like it but I find banking all the time a bit awkward and uninspiring.
The unit I am offered is in a very good condition with replaced power supply. I currently use PTHD8 and 10/11 combo at a second DAW workstation but the Control24 will be used with the HD rig. Of course I will not use its preamps or its monitor section. Just as an 24 flyin' faders control surface.
What do you say?
