So, I was tearing into these super cheap (but highly recommended) speakers to see if I could fix the headphone input, and I broke the volume/power dial. It's broken such that the plastic motherboard material where the dial connects is needing to be replaced.
I obviously have no idea what I'm talking about in terms of technicality, but I'd really like to not let these perfectly good speakers go to waste.
Know where I can find the headphone input and volume/power dial components?
Is there any way I can Jerry-rig this up with another speaker system's components if the originals cannot be located?
I could almost care less about the headphone input, and I have much better speakers sitting on either side of me at the moment, but any input to help replace the power/volume knob is greatly appreciated!
