Plugin manager bugs

So ive been having a problem with the 10.1 plugin manager, not deleting certain folders i lve created in it. on of them has a plugin in it supposedly. Its not actually in the folder in the plugin manager, but it because it still 'in' it the folder shows up in the plugin menu, wich is really annoying.
