3 Screens in cubase, File menu is hidden!

Im thinking that cubase 7.5 has that docked kind of windows so if I move a plugin to the left and a mixer to the right and my main screen is the 28 inch then its all goes bad.



The mix consul is unable to move about the screen but my plugins do?

My project area is also docked?
