Digital Audio In/Out Cable?

Hey I got a Korg A1 and it has Digital In/Out in the back, i was wondering what kind of cable can i use? do i use a 1/4" TRS to Dual 1/4" TS?

also got a 2nd question, what would the returns and sends for be? is it for the machine to go into a compressor and back in?



and another question is the direct stereo out jack for a 1/4 to dual 1/4 jack?
