Help me chose a mixer for band/project studio

Hello! This is my first posting here, I've known this forum for a long time now but have always found the answer to my questions by just doing a lot of search. Great bit of info can be found on here!

I have been searching for a used mixer for a while now and I have come across a few good deals (at least I think they are good deals). The mixer would serve multiple purposes for my band. We want something that will be used during rehearsal for monitors (combination of in ear and PA), portable enough to take with us to small bars if we need to, and we want to use it to record as well. Our budget is limited, around 800$, so we are not expecting to get API quality on that budget, just something equal to built in preamps on an interface or something like an Octopre.

The ones I've been looking at so far are:

Allen & Heath GL2200 32 - Seems old but well taken care of, regularly serviced, barely any scratches on it. 800$

Soundcraft GB4 32 - Unknown history. 1 preamp very noisy and 1 stereo fader not working. Worth getting and fixing? 750$

Mackie 32/8 bus - Very clean looking, not much use, comes with road case. 850$

Sountracs Topaz - Looks heavily used, 2 plastic button are broken (mute and EQ switch I believe) 650$

Would any of those be a good choice for our needs? Basically we need 6 or so aux, direct outs, at least 4 bus and decent preamps/EQ for tracking. 32 channels preferably so we can use 16 to track/monitor and use the other 16 to quickly mix on the fly when listening back to our rehersal. The tracking would mostly be for pre-prod/rehersal work, but we would like to at least track drums through this board when we are ready to do a more official recording. Vocals, guitars, bass and other instruments would be tracked in my small home setup with stand alone preamps like Chandler Germanium, ISA 430 or Liquid preamps.

Any input or suggestion is welcomed!
