Presonus 16.0.2 question...

Hello everyone, I'm new to the boards as a member but I have been coming to them to read up on stuff for a while now...yall have great input on any questions I usually have...thanks for that :)



I have a question that I am sure there are threads for...but I couldn't find the answer to so I'm sorry if its a repeated thread... With that being said...



I have a late 2013 iMac running Mavericks...it doesn't have a FireWire adapter and I really want a presonus 16.0.2 mixer...can anyone let me know if with the adapter from thunderbolt to FireWire if it will be possible to run the mixer...I have heard a lot of things and I'm so confused :/



I've even heard of booting up the computer before the board and vice versa and I just wanted to know if yall had a definite answer for me so I can pull the trigger on this bad boy and start recording! Thanks in advance to everyone :)
